Our Story...
The inspiration to develop and market FIreHouse Fudge Sauce comes from a deep desire to honor to my late husband, Paul, and to our daughter Avrah, his legacy.
Paul and I met when we were both serving as firefighters in Western Massachusetts. Paul came from a family of firefighters who ingrained in him the duty to serve his community, which he did with dedication and pride.
What also brought Paul great pleasure? Chocolate! Paul would cook up batches of hot fudge sauce, much to the delight of both his family and his firefighter brothers and sisters.
Tragically, we lost Paul in 2009 while doing what he also loved, scuba diving. The years after were hectic for Avrah and me, and somewhere in that time I began making Paul's chocolate fudge sauce and bringing it to the firehouse, eventually refining the recipe until it became what it is now, FireHouse Fudge Sauce.
